Meet Our Founder and CEO

In 2016, Baltimore native Maurice Laster founded BOSSPUNK.  Combining a term of empowerment and a word that taunted his youth, BOSSPUNK was born.  BOSSPUNK was first launched as an Anti-Bullying movement by designing “one of a kind” graphics with messages on premium quality black and white t-shirts along with other premium quality apparel-clothing that sparked conversations about bullying.  Can you imagine the suppression, guilt, shamefulness, hurt and pain we walk through our journey with with?  Maurice is too familiar with the negative and devastating impact on how being bullied can affect people mentally and physically.  Maurice was once a victim of bullying during his youth and attempted suicide at the age of 14.  BOSSPUNK became Maurice’s mantra, reminding him to stay strong and keep going.  GET THE POINT!
