Return-Exchange Policy

BOSSPUNK will gladly accept exchanges on new, unworn clothing only.  We have a 30-day return-exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return-exchange

To be eligible for a return-exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, no odors, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that was sent to you in email. 

To start a return-exchange, you can contact us at info@bosspunk.com or call our customer service support number Monday-Friday between 11:30am-7:00pm CST at 815-556-9325. If your return-exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return-exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

BOSSPUNK hardly ever have this issue because all of our packages shipped are inspected thoroughly and insured.  But please still inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on accessories, sale items or gift cards.

Refund 

BOSSPUNK offers a 14-day refund policy from the delivery date on all apparel-clothing including our BOSSPUNK Street Couture luxury brand extension line.  You must contact us immediately upon receiving your order if you are requesting a refund at info@bosspunk.com or call our customer service support number Monday-Friday between 11:30am-7:00pm CST at 815-556-9325.  To be eligible for a refund, your item or items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, no odors, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that was sent to you in email.  If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.  If your refund was not approved, we will notify you immediately on why your refund was rejected along with pictures of the returned package, the item or items ordered inside the returned package for integrity purposes.  We will then ship back to you the same package sent back to us.
